Michelle_816Found on weathered pegmatite of the Kodanda Rama Mine in the Nellore District. "Deveroite-(Ce) forms a white coating, sourrounding Allanite / Bastnäsite in Feldspar. I think the material was collect during prospecting works in the 1970. The orgin of Cerium is clear in this case, but the Oxalate is difficult, probably the roots of some trees."
Michelle_817Minerals were collected from the mica mines, in Gudur Taluq, of the Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. Pegmatitic veins in the area are emplaced in the country rock, consisting mainly of biotite-hornblende schists, minor quartizites and felspathic schists.
